Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive / Business Development Associate to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners for our funding, advisory, and consulting services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach. Pitch Incur Capital's services to startups, SMEs, and businesses seeking funding, advisory, or strategic support. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to customize service offerings based on client needs. Maintain a strong pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups to drive conversions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitch decks to potential clients and investors. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Stay updated on market trends, investor expectations, and startup ecosystem developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus. 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or startup ecosystem. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented. Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Familiarity with CRM tools and basic business analytics. Experience in financial services, startup funding, or consulting is preferred.
