Business Development Role

You should have 0-10 years of experience, preferably in Real Estate Sales. The salary offered for this position ranges from 2 LPA to 15 LPA per annum, depending on your performance in the interview. Incentives are also provided on top of the base salary. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the real estate sector. - Conducting sales calls, cold calling, and converting leads to drive business growth. - Scheduling meetings with potential clients and guiding them through the sales process. - Achieving sales targets aggressively and contributing to revenue growth. - Updating sales activities in the company's CRM system and maintaining progress tracking. - Following up with clients consistently to build and maintain strong relationships. - Generating revenue through references from existing clients and upcoming projects. - Offering real estate advisory services for buying, selling, and renting properties to individuals and corporates. - Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers to facilitate effective deal closures. - Coordinating with internal teams to optimize sales efforts and ensure seamless client interactions. - Handling and resolving customer complaints efficiently to enhance satisfaction levels and maintain service standards. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor's/MBA degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. - Previous experience in managing client relationships and driving sales growth. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven individual. - Presentable with excellent interpersonal skills. - Quick learner capable of adapting to dynamic market conditions. Additional Requirements: - Possession of a bike or 4-wheeler for client meetings and site visits. - Readiness to work in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.,
