Business Development Representative

Job Summary: We are looking for energetic and proactive Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing team. The BDR will be responsible for expanding GaadiWaala’s reach by onboarding farmers, delivery partners, retail points, societies, and customers, ensuring smooth partnerships and driving sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard local farmers, delivery agents, and bulk buyers/residential societies. Pitch GaadiWaala's value proposition to potential partners and clients. Maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and vendors. Schedule and attend meetings with residential societies, stores, and vendors to set up delivery points. Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, field visits, referrals, and digital outreach. Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain sales data, contacts, and progress reports using Googlesheets & CRM Tool. Collect market feedback, pricing insights, and competitor activity. Support marketing campaigns and customer acquisition drives in local areas. Requirements: Graduate in Business, Agriculture, Sales, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or field operations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Hindi, English, and local language. Comfortable with field work and meeting new people daily. Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Basic knowledge of agriculture or farm supply chain is a plus. Familiarity with WhatsApp, Excel, or any CRM software is an advantage.
