Job Title: Sales /Business Development Representative – B2B Sales
Location: Mumbai/Noida
Experience: 3-5 years (Cybersecurity or Software/SaaS Sales experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Professional with strong expertise in B2B Sales within the Cybersecurity or Software/SaaS Sales domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, cold calling, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities in the cybersecurity and IT services space.
  • Conduct cold calls, email campaigns, and networking to generate qualified leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demos to potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate client and pipeline data in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align business goals and client requirements.
  • Stay updated with cybersecurity trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development, preferably in Cybersecurity or IT Services.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and deal closures.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity products and services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience using CRM tools for managing pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven approach.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with enterprise clients or large IT accounts.
  • Understanding of SaaS or cybersecurity sales lifecycle.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,031.94 - ₹40,898.52 per month
