We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive sales and partnerships in the fast-growing fintech & software solutions space. If you live for targets and thrive on closing deals, this role is made for you!

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Recharge & Bill Payment, Money Transfer, AEPS, and API Solutions.

• Promote and expand Fintech Software, Payment Gateway Services, and Custom Solutions.

• Actively pitch and sell School ERP, Hotel ERP, HRMS Software, and other SaaS products.

• Build and nurture strong client relationships across distributors, retailers, and enterprises.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets – your growth is our growth!

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in Business Development / Sales in fintech, IT, or SaaS domain.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Ability to identify new opportunities and close high-value deals.
