About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. You will collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, identify, and prospect potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company’s target customer profile.Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales team.Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and campaigns.Maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM tools.Meet and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs such as lead generation, meetings booked, and pipeline created.Represent the company in a professional manner while promoting brand values.
