Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Gurgaon- Fully work from office

Shift: Night Shift/ US time zone

Mandatory skills: 2-4 yrs in Sales/BDE role within SAAS/Product based company

We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive with 2-4 years of experience to help drive growth in the fast-paced AI industry. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Head in the U.S., contributing directly to expanding our customer base and business success. Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Lead Generation: Make 100+ outbound calls per day to engage potential clients and qualify leads.
• Discovery Conversations: Conduct insightful discussions to assess client needs and identify solutions.
• CRM Management: Track all activities, interactions, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and provide feedback on campaigns.
• Achieve KPIs: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance goals and targets.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in outbound sales or business development, preferably within a SAAS or product-based company.
• Strong fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory).
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• US client experience is MUST.
• Must be comfortable working in Night Shift/US time zone.
