Job Description

Role Overview:

BDR

Responsibilities:

  • Build account lists (SaaS, FinTech, E-com, Healthcare) within ICP (1005,000 employees).
  • Execute outbound prospecting via cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn touches, and networking.
  • Research accounts and personalize outreach to VP Engineering, QA Directors, and CTOs.
  • Book meetings and generate SQLs for Sales Manager/AE.
  • Partner with marketing to execute ABM campaigns for key accounts.
  • Track activities, sequences, and results in CRM.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years in BDR/Outbound sales (enterprise SaaS strongly preferred).
  • Experience breaking into VP/CTO level accounts.
  • Strong hunter mentality, resilience, and ability to handle rejection.
  • Excellent research skills to personalize outreach.
  • Familiarity with tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo/Clearbit, Outreach.

KPIs:

  • 50-60 cold calls/day, 40-50 outbound emails/day.
  • 8-12 SQLs generated/month.
  • 3-4 new ICP accounts opened/month.
  • 1520% SQL Opp conversion.
