Roles & Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation- Research and identify potential B2B clients who can benefit from our SaaS product. Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound calls to connect with decision-makers. Maintain and update an organized lead database for outreach tracking. Cold Outreach & Engagement- Initiate conversations with key stakeholders (CXOs, finance heads, and senior managers). Craft personalized pitches and messaging to generate interest in our SaaS product. Handle objections confidently and build rapport with potential clients. Lead Qualification & Discovery Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer needs and challenges. Qualify leads based on their business pain points and potential fit for our solution. Schedule product demos for the sales team and ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads. Pipeline Management & Follow-Ups Track and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups via email, calls, and LinkedIn. Work closely with the sales team to push prospects down the sales funnel. Maintain detailed records of conversations, meetings, and progress in CRM tools. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work with the marketing team to improve messaging and lead quality. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer challenges. Participate in regular sales meetings, brainstorming sessions, and training. What Were Looking For: Strong communication & interpersonal skills (English proficiency is a must) Eagerness to learn and build a career in SaaS sales Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing forward Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented Good research skills to identify potential customers Knowledge of LinkedIn & Email Outreach is a plus (Freshers are welcome! If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn, we will train you.)
