Role Overview: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, acquire new customers, and drive user engagement for our SaaS product. This role is open to both experienced candidates and freshers who have a strong grasp of designing, digital marketing, and brand building. Key Responsibilities: Create and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Design and manage marketing materials, including social media graphics, ads, and landing pages. Oversee digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing. Develop and execute content marketing plans, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and social media content. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine marketing approaches. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling marketing content. Track marketing performance metrics and optimize strategies for better ROI. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related fields (BMS/BBA/BMM preferred). For freshers: Strong proficiency in designing tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma. For experienced candidates: 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and website management. Good understanding of SEO principles and website management (WordPress preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical skills to assess marketing performance.
