Job Title: Field Sales Executive Job Location: Multiple Locations (As per requirement) Job Type: Full-Time Eligibility Criteria: Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / Postgraduate in any stream Experience: Fresher or Experienced (Salary will depend on experience and skillset) Mandatory: Own two-wheeler (Bike) and valid driving license and a smartphone Good communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills Self-motivated and result-oriented personality Salary & Benefits: CTC: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and performance) Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives Growth Opportunities: Regular training, skill development, and internal promotions Job Profile: We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic Field Sales Executives to join our team. The executive will be responsible for visiting the open market and meeting business users directly. Your primary role will be to educate business owners about the benefits of online business promotion and how they can gain new clients through digital visibility using the Just Dial platform. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits to meet prospective business users. Educate them about online promotion, advertising tools, and how Just Dial can help them gain customers through search visibility. Explain the features and advantages of Just Dial’s paid services and facilities. Onboard business users on the Just Dial platform by creating and managing their digital portfolio. Ensure proper documentation and timely activation of services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
