About the Company


We are a fast-growing integration services boutique specializing in Salesforce + MuleSoft, with expanding capabilities in Boomi and Workato.


About the Role


As a BDR, you will be responsible for outbound pipeline generation, cold calling, multi-channel sequencing, and booking qualified meetings.


Responsibilities


  • Conduct outbound calling as the primary outreach motion.
  • Book qualified first meetings and discovery calls.
  • Run multi-channel sequences via CRM, LinkedIn, Clay, and Instantly.
  • Build, refine, and clean prospect lists and ICPs.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce/MuleSoft/Boomi/Workato AEs and delivery teams.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene including notes, follow-ups, and pipeline movement.
  • Handle objections and re-engage stalled leads.
  • Coordinate handoffs with sales closers and delivery teams.


Qualifications


  • 3–6 years of BDR/SDR experience in IT services.
  • Strong phone presence and excellent spoken/written English.
  • Experience working with US market and calling windows.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Instantly, or similar.
  • Proven record of meeting outreach and SQL quotas.
  • Understanding Salesforce/MuleSoft/Boomi/Workato ecosystem.


Required Skills


  • Strong phone presence and excellent spoken/written English.
  • Experience working with US market and calling windows.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot).

Preferred Skills


  • Experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market in North America.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo, Lusha, Gong/Chorus, Slack, Notion.
  • Exposure to integration use cases: API-led, B2B/EDI, APIM, Data Cloud.
