Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns, including warm calling and telemarketing to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage potential clients through effective communication, demonstrating the value of our products and services
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and update sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our technology solutions to effectively communicate technical features during sales conversations
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target industries through consistent follow-up and customer service excellence
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to expand market presence

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience with outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing techniques
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development activities
  • Ability to understand complex technology products and articulate their benefits effectively
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
