Key Responsibilities Manage all purchase activities for raw materials, components, consumables, and services. Conduct vendor research , identify new suppliers, and evaluate their capabilities. Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate for best pricing, quality, and delivery. Coordinate with the production and quality team for material specifications and approvals. Conduct quality checks for incoming materials and ensure compliance with standards. Handle purchase entries and maintain accurate records in the company software. Monitor and maintain inventory levels , ensuring adequate stock without over-purchasing. Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor payments . Prepare and maintain purchase reports , price lists, and documentation. Support continuous improvement in procurement and cost-saving initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in procurement or purchase roles (manufacturing preferred). Strong knowledge of vendor sourcing and negotiation .
