As we continue to grow, we're seeking a driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team and help customers find the perfect comfort solutions for their homes and businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and follow up on HVAC sales leads (residential and/or commercial)
• Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations
• Educate customers on HVAC system options, pricing, and energy efficiency
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain client relationships and provide post-sale support
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and training

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC sales or a related field (home services, construction, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology (training provided)
• High school diploma or GED required; additional technical or sales training is a plus
