Job Description

As a Business Development Representative for Monday.com Solutions, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth within the Growth & Strategy team at Advaiya. Your primary responsibilities will include prospecting, lead generation, managing the complete sales cycle, and closing deals for Monday.com services and related Advaiya offerings. You will have the opportunity to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and achieve sales targets specifically for our Monday.com practice. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who is passionate about Work OS solutions and possesses a proven ability to close business deals, thus directly contributing to Advaiya's expansion in this high-growth area. Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting new business opportunities for Monday.com solutions and associated Advaiya services, managing the end-to-end sales process, developing a deep understanding of client needs, delivering compelling product demonstrations, preparing persuasive proposals, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, achieving sales quotas, collaborating with the Partner Alliance Manager, providing input for marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records, and staying updated with product developments and industry best practices. Minimum qualifications for this role include a completed bachelor's degree or an advanced degree from a reputable institute, 3-5 years of B2B sales experience with a successful track record in closing deals, preferably in SaaS, Work OS, or IT consulting services, at least 1-2 years of experience in selling Monday.com or similar project management software solutions, a strong understanding of business process improvement and collaborative work management, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, ability to manage complex sales cycles, self-motivation, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in managing a sales pipeline using CRM software. Preferred qualifications include experience in developing and delivering custom solution proposals and a background in selling to industries where Monday.com is highly applicable.,
