As a Sales Executive at our company, your role will be crucial in driving our business success through the implementation of a strong and sustainable sales strategy. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with clients. - Clarify goals and reach agreements while maintaining the interests of all parties. - Proactively develop and improve products and services. - Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues. - Understand clients" needs. - Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients. - Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. - Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities. - Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations. - Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential. - Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations. - Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. **Qualifications Required:** - 3-10 years proven work experience as a Sales Executive. - Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge. - Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. - Self-motivated with a result-driven approach. - Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office. - Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage. If you are a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) and an MBA in Sales & Marketing, you would be a preferred fit for this role.,
