Job Description

We are seeking experienced, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our Sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. Your Responsibilities Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals with clients. You will need to clarify goals and reach agreements while maintaining the interests of all parties. Proactively develop and improve products and services and demonstrate the ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues. Understand clients" needs and build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients. Locate or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials, evaluating options, and resolving internal priorities. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential. Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations. Enhance the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Skill Sets/Experience We Require 3-10 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive. Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong business-related knowledge are essential. A thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques is necessary. You should be self-motivated with a result-driven approach. Good knowledge and experience working on MS Office is required. Hands-on experience working on a CRM software is an added advantage. Pedigree A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) is required. An MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.,
