Job Description

Desired Experience Range: Minimum 5-10 years in sales, financial services, or operations, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role (preferably in chit funds or financial institutions). Oversee day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of all activities. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Set performance targets for the team and conduct regular reviews to assess progress. Motivate and mentor team members to achieve individual and collective goals. Develop and execute strategies to promote chit-fund schemes and increase subscriber base. Build relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Ensure the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets for the branch. Foster strong relationships with key customers to encourage retention and referrals. Ensure proper documentation and adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards. Monitor and mitigate risks associated with chit-fund collections and subscriptions. Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales targets, and operational metrics for senior management. Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities. tracking costs and incoming revenue Any other roles/ responsibilities as deemed fit by NCF Management.
