About the Role:

Business Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Understand customer requirements and propose customized logistics solutions.
Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue goals.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging business prospects.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall organizational growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3 to 6 years
of relevant experience in
Business Development or Sales
within the Logistics and SCM industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory;
fluency in English and Tamil will be an added advantage.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
