Job Description

Role Overview:

The Program Delivery Manager leads multi-team Agile programs with a focus on predictable delivery, continuous improvement, and secure execution. The role ensures collaboration across engineering, QA, DevOps, and cybersecurity teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end delivery for multi-team Agile programs.
Run PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and release governance.
Manage risks, dependencies, and security readiness for releases.
Coach Agile teams to uplift maturity and improve performance.
Build dashboards using JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools.
Drive effective communication with global stakeholders.
Support solutioning and estimation using strong technical background (.NET, SQL, Data).

Required Skills & Experience:

1820+ years of IT experience with deep Agile program leadership.
Experience managing multi-team delivery at scale.
Expertise in JIRA, DevOps, GitHub, and reporting platforms.
Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in process improvement, Agile coaching, and secure delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

CSM, ICP-ACC, SAFe Agilist certifications.
Experience with BI tools and onshore–offshore delivery models.
