Job Description

1. Client &Generator Acquisition
- Onboard new customers (C&I, DISCOMs, CaptiveUsers) and renewable generators for both powerexchange trades and OTC/bilateralcontracts .
- Build long-term relationships with clients,focusing on structured PPAs, open access, and bilateral arrangements.
2. Trading & DealOrigination
- Originate and solicit trades for Power Exchanges (Day Ahead, Term Ahead,RTM, G-TAM) and OTC markets.
- Drive bilateral and medium/long-term tradingopportunities in South India.
- Support structuring of customized dealsincluding green attributes (RECs,I-RECs, Carbon Credits) .
3. Market Development& Strategy
- Track market developments, competitor activity,and regulatory updates (SERC, CERC, SLDC/RLDC).
- Formulate state-specific market views on demand,supply, and pricing.
- Conduct impact assessments of regulatory changeson trading opportunities.
4. Cross-Selling ofEnerparc Solutions
- Collaborate with Enerparc India teams to cross-sell across business lines (IPPprojects, EPC services, O&M solutions, Battery Energy Storage, and GreenCorporate PPAs).
- Identify opportunities to bundle tradingservices with other Enerparc offerings for enhanced customer value.
5. StakeholderEngagement
- Engage with regulators, utilities, DISCOMs, andindustry associations to build strong networks and ensure business visibility.
- Represent the company at workshops, conferences,and client seminars.
6. MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular MIS reports for management onmarket trends, trading performance, and pipeline.
- Contribute to strategic planning and revenueforecasting.
  • Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate in Engineering, BusinessAdministration, Energy or Power
- 10+ yearsof power trading experience , preferably with reputed trading companies.
- Proven track record in customer and generatoracquisition.
- Expertise in open access regulations, bilateraltrading, and PPAs.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder engagement, andpresentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute regional businessplans.
- Willingness to travel extensively in SouthIndia.
- Certifications in Power Trading/ Energy Marketswill be an added advantage.
- Experience in CRM Tools is expected.
