Beyond working in a dynamic startup environment, you’ll be working directly with operators who’ve invested in billion-dollar companies, scaled Europe’s biggest fan-engagement platforms, and influenced national crypto policy. Our team brings execution, not just ideas — from raising capital to launching global products and nurturing communities at scale.

The Impact You’ll Make

Boost VibeSquad’s growth by backing the Client Acquisition team with research, smart docs, and lead tracking. Make kickass decks and presentations that actually convert, keep things smooth between teams, and help score long-term wins.

What You’ll Own

  • Partnerships & Growth → Spot collabs, upsell opportunities, and expand VibeSquad’s network.
  • Proposals & Decks → Craft sharp, high-quality proposals and PPTs that impress.
  • Research & Insights → Support the team with lead generation, client research, and strategic analysis.
  • Client Success → Keep clients happy, engaged, and coming back.
  • Communication & Meetings → Strong written + verbal skills; join key meetings when needed
  • Tracking & Optimisation → Monitor performance, track metrics, and fine-tune strategies using Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and Notion
  • Skills & Mindset → Attention to detail, strong communication, research-savvy, and a creative mindset is a big plus

The Skills We Need

  • 2+ years of experience in client success or business development, with hands-on experience in documentation and proposal writing.
  • Bachelor’s from a reputed institution, MBA, or B. Tech preferred.
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset to identify trends, measure success, and optimise upsell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and grammar.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and solution-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM, project management, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to support frontend BD activities while managing retention and upsell initiatives.
