Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development & Operation Manager, based in Bhubaneswar. The selected candidate will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality facility management services. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, expanding client relationships, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and managing projects efficiently. The role also involves streamlining processes to improve operational efficiency while maintaining a client-focused approach.
