Business Development Officer

You will be responsible for developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and customers. Additionally, you will be analyzing customer feedback data to determine their satisfaction levels with company products and services. You will also be involved in recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff. Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will analyze financial data to develop effective strategies aimed at reducing business costs and increasing company profits. Market research to identify new business opportunities will also be within your scope of work. Collaboration with company executives to determine the most viable and cost-effective approach for pursuing new business opportunities is also expected.
