Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the IT or AI sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology-driven business solutions and capable of building and maintaining strong B2B relationships across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in AI/ML, maritime tech, and digital transformation sectors.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and solution-based discussions.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align client requirements with company capabilities.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth strategy.
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT/Software/AI domain (preferred).
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet business goals in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and business communication platforms.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior experience working with startups or B2B technology companies.
• Exposure to maritime, defense, or industrial automation sectors.
• Technical acumen and interest in emerging AI/ML technologies.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
