Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive with experience in the IT or AI sector to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology-driven business solutions and capable of building and maintaining strong B2B relationships across industries. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in AI/ML, maritime tech, and digital transformation sectors. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and solution-based discussions. Collaborate with the technical and product teams to align client requirements with company capabilities. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, proposals, and technical documentation. Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive positioning. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth strategy. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the IT/Software/AI domain (preferred). Strong understanding of AI, ML, SaaS, or digital transformation solutions. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and meet business goals in a fast-paced startup environment. Proficiency in CRM tools and business communication platforms. Preferred Attributes Prior experience working with startups or B2B technology companies. Exposure to maritime, defense, or industrial automation sectors.
