Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or business development.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve overall performance.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role in the BFSI industry.
Strong understanding of liabilities, branch banking, and business development principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is an added advantage.
