Business Development Officer

We at GREENMINT FINSERVE are on the lookout for a passionate and proactive Business Development Officer to drive our growth efforts. You’ll play a key role in building relationships with clients and identifying new clients opportunities that support sustainable, long-term growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Research the market to identify new business opportunities that align with company goals.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with the clients.
• Partner with internal teams to tailor strategies that meet market and client needs.
• Present growth strategies and action plans to senior leadership.
• Track and review business performance regularly, making adjustments to stay on course.
• Keep up with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience working in the Wealth Management and Mutual Funds Sector and the Insurance Sector knowledge will be a Plus point.
• Should be comfortable to go and meet the clients.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
