Job Description – Business Development Executive (Field Sales) Company: AK Packs (Leafed India) Position: Business Development Executive – Field Department: Sales & Business Development Location: CIT Nagar, Chennai Employment Type: Full-time Company Overview – AK Packs (Leafed India) AK Packs (Leafed India) is a growing manufacturing company offering high-quality packaging products with a focus on customer satisfaction, product innovation, and strong B2B client relationships. Role Overview The Business Development Executive (Field Sales) will be responsible for visiting clients, generating leads, building business relationships, promoting AK Packs (Leafed India) products, and driving B2B sales growth in the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development Conduct field visits to generate leads and acquire new B2B clients Promote AK Packs (Leafed India) products to potential customers Build, maintain, and grow business relationships Conduct market research to identify business opportunities Meet monthly sales targets and achieve revenue goals Client Interaction & Relationship Management Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations & product demos Understand client requirements and propose suitable packaging solutions Handle client queries to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain strong follow-up with prospects and existing customers Lead & Data Management Maintain lead database and update daily visit reports Track inquiries, quotations, and order status Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management Coordination & Support Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, sampling, pricing, and order processing Support after-sales service and ensure client retention Skills & Competencies Excellent communication & negotiation skills Multi-language speaking ability preferred (Tamil, English, Hindi, or other regional languages) Confident, energetic, and target-driven mindset Strong presentation & convincing skills Time management & planning ability Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, WhatsApp Business, CRM use preferred) Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in field sales (freshers may be considered based on communication & personality) Experience in B2B sales preferred Multi Requirements Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory) Willingness to travel for client visits daily Ability to work independently and achieve targets Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
