Business Development Officer (BDO)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives, conducting market research, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and tracking business development activities and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the travel and tourism industry - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders - Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve company growth objectives - Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective sales strategies - Prepare and present business proposals and presentations to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners - Track and report on business development activities and outcomes Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in the Travel Industry - Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry - Strong networking and relationship-building skills - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities - Strategic thinking and planning skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with skills in Market Research, Sales Strategy, Networking, Relationship Management, Strategic Planning, Negotiation, Presentation Skills, and familiarity with CRM Software.
