Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and agreements to clients.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of marketing strategies and promotional techniques.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Experience in sales promotion or field marketing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
