As an ERP and IT Specialist at Capkon Developers, you will play a crucial role in managing, optimizing, and supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this position will be instrumental in streamlining business processes, ensuring data integrity, providing technical support, and contributing to the company's digital transformation initiatives. This role necessitates a combination of ERP proficiency, technical IT knowledge, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities. Responsibilities include: - ERP System Management: - Implementation & Configuration: Participate in the implementation of new ERP modules or upgrades, configuring the software to align with Capkon Developers" specific business requirements. - System Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues promptly. - User Support & Training: Offer support to ERP system users, conduct training sessions, and ensure proficient utilization of the ERP system. - Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize business processes within the ERP system for improved efficiency and productivity. - Data Management & Reporting: Ensure data accuracy, conduct audits, and generate reports for decision-making. - Customization & Integration: Customize ERP modules, collaborate with stakeholders for integration with existing applications. - Vendor Management: Collaborate with ERP vendors for support and issue resolution. - IT Infrastructure & Support: - Network & System Administration: Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain network systems and data communications networks. - Hardware & Software Management: Install, configure, and update software and hardware, ensuring data security. - Technical Support: Provide comprehensive technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. - Cybersecurity: Implement and monitor IT security protocols, assist with data backups and disaster recovery planning. - Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for ERP system configurations and IT processes. - IT Asset Management: Manage user accounts and access controls within IT systems. - Collaboration: Coordinate with other IT teams and departments for effective technology integration.
