Job Overview

The Travel Agency Operations role is vital to ensuring smooth and efficient travel arrangements for clients. This position involves coordinating travel services, managing bookings, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance the overall travel experience.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Manage and update client records, ensuring accurate information is maintained.
• Provide timely and effective communication with clients regarding their travel plans and any changes.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients.
• Handle travel-related issues and emergencies, offering solutions and support as needed.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, industry trends, and destination information.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote travel packages and services offered by the agency.

Education and Experience

A degree in hospitality, travel management, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in travel agency operations or customer service is highly desirable.
