Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Noida for a Travel Consultant. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for designing and managing travel packages, handling travel arrangements, and assisting clients with reservations. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, and ensuring personalized travel experiences. Exceptional customer service is integral to this position.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements.
• Strong skills in managing Reservations and itinerary planning.
• Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in travel industry tools and software is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism or a related field is beneficial.
• A proactive attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
