Job Description
We are looking for P&L Owners to handle Specialty Food Ingredients Portfolio. This role
will be responsible for end-end ownership of Business- Develop a vision for the business
and execute it, Product portfolio selection, Sales in global and domestic markets, Strategic
sourcing, evaluating manufacturing, driving product development and R&D, Building and
Mentoring teams.
We are a team of entrepreneurs- with extreme ownership and drive to build a
business which will outlast our careers. Looking for someone with the same attitude
Establish metrics to measure system performance and business value
Develop a roadmap for continuous improvement and future system enhancements
Minimum of 2+ Years of experience in Business development
