Business Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who will be responsible for selling our ecommerce development services to B2B clients (especially ecommerce brands, Amazon sellers, SMEs, and international businesses).

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads in the ecommerce and retail sectors (India & global markets).
• Pitch Migrow’s ecommerce development solutions and service packages to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Handle negotiations and close deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client needs are met.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in business development or sales roles, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for tracking sales performance and managing client data.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (preferably in IT or ecommerce).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of ecommerce platforms, online selling, or digital solutions.
• Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
