About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development (FEMALE) Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality online leads into closed sales. If you are a "go-getter" who thrives on closing deals and has excellent communication skills in multiple languages, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact. What You'll Do: Actively follow up on hot online leads provided by our marketing team. Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and present our products and services. Persuasively convince leads of the value and benefits of our offerings to secure a sale. Manage the sales pipeline and track all customer interactions and progress using our CRM system. Maintain and update the CRM with accurate notes and follow-up activities to ensure no lead is missed. Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets. What You'll Need: Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must. Basic proficiency in Hindi is required. Proven track record in a sales or business development role. Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills with a strong ability to close sales over the phone. A self-starter attitude and a strong desire to achieve and surpass goals.
