About the Role: We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development (FEMALE)

Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting high-quality online leads into closed sales. If you are a "go-getter" who thrives on closing deals and has excellent communication skills in multiple languages, this is the perfect opportunity for you to make a significant impact.

What You'll Do:

• Actively follow up on hot online leads provided by our marketing team.
• Engage with potential customers over the phone to understand their needs and present our products and services.
• Persuasively convince leads of the value and benefits of our offerings to secure a sale.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track all customer interactions and progress using our CRM system.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate notes and follow-up activities to ensure no lead is missed.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What You'll Need:

• Fluency in English and Malayalam is a must.
• Basic proficiency in Hindi is required.
• Proven track record in a sales or business development role.
• Exceptional verbal communication and persuasion skills with a strong ability to close sales over the phone.
• A self-starter attitude and a strong desire to achieve and surpass goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
