Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and goal-driven Business Development Managers to join our team across Kochi, Calicut, and Malappuram. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, presenting product demos, and driving business growth in your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Conduct market research to understand potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
• Deliver product presentations and HRMS demos to decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest the right solutions.
• Freshers with strong confidence and communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in sales, SaaS, or HR solutions is an added advantage.
