Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager to join our Service Division in Kochi. The ideal candidate will manage existing client accounts, support onboarding, address customer queries, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate the onboarding process for new customers.
