About the Role

Business Development Manager(ERP &HIS)

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for ERP products.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demos, and requirement discussions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to deliver accurate proposals.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
  • Track sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, competitor offerings, and market requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up consistently.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in

    ERP / SaaS / Software sales

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand client business processes and map them with ERP features.
  • Experience with lead generation, B2B sales, and closing deals.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and good at relationship building.

Good to Have

  • Experience selling ERP modules like Finance, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.
  • Understanding of implementation lifecycle.
  • Experience in IT services or software consulting.
