Job Description:
We’re hiring a Business Development & Team Manager to lead coordination between clients and our photography/film team, drive growth, and maintain our brand presence both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients
• Manage in-house crew scheduling and coordination
• Generate new business leads, especially for offline events (focus on North India)
• Collaborate with the creative team and maintain strong internal relationships
• Represent Yellow Window in meetings and events with confidence and professionalism
• Keep the brand active and relevant on social media
• Handle client presentations and conversions using strong communication skills

Qualifications:

• Must be based in Hyderabad (in-office role only)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & Hindi (Telugu is a plus)
• Graduation is required (MBA/Marketing/Media preferred)
• Strong personality and a professional presence
• Passion for the creative field is a big advantage
