Business Development & Team Manager Gender : Female only Age : 23 to 35 years Photography & Wedding Film Production Location: Hyderabad, Telangana (In-office) Company: Yellow Window Photography & Wedding Films Job Description: We’re hiring a Business Development & Team Manager to lead coordination between clients and our photography/film team, drive growth, and maintain our brand presence both online and offline. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for clients Manage in-house crew scheduling and coordination Generate new business leads, especially for offline events (focus on North India) Collaborate with the creative team and maintain strong internal relationships Represent Yellow Window in meetings and events with confidence and professionalism Keep the brand active and relevant on social media Handle client presentations and conversions using strong communication skills Qualifications: Must be based in Hyderabad (in-office role only) Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Fluent in English & Hindi (Telugu is a plus) Graduation is required (MBA/Marketing/Media preferred) Strong personality and a professional presence Passion for the creative field is a big advantage Why Join Us?
