Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager at Wellborn Technologies Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading the walk-in recruitment services. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of walk-in recruitment campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector. - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their recruitment needs. - Plan, organize, and execute walk-in recruitment drives for clients, ensuring alignment with their hiring requirements. - Offer additional HR services, such as HR support for selected roles, at an additional cost of 1,000 per role. - Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities. - Monitor and report on the performance of recruitment campaigns.
