We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the enterprise technology space. This role requires a proactive professional with experience in IT infrastructure, system integration, and software/hardware solutions. The right candidate will combine sales acumen with relationship-building skills to unlock new opportunities across key industries.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Identify, research, and pursue business opportunities across BFSI, Telecom, Manufacturing, and other enterprise verticals.
Client Engagement: Understand customer needs and recommend tailored IT solutions, including cloud, cybersecurity, and infrastructure offerings.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while leveraging networks to generate qualified leads.
Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Collaboration: Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and solution implementation.
Market Insights: Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen market visibility.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in system integration, IT infrastructure, or software/hardware solutions.
Strong knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related discipline (preferred).
