Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Generate and close qualified leads for
Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Design, and Web Development services
Handle Upwork bidding and lead generation
, including proposal writing, client communication, and deal closure
Identify new business opportunities through
cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns
Manage client interactions from first contact to contract signing
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
Maintain and track sales pipeline and performance metrics
Demonstrate leadership and support team initiatives

Requirements

3+ years of experience
in IT Business Development
Experience selling
digital marketing and web development services
Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
Leadership and team-handling skills
