Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Generate and close qualified leads for

    Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Design, and Web Development services

  • Handle Upwork bidding and lead generation

    , including proposal writing, client communication, and deal closure
  • Identify new business opportunities through

    cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns

  • Manage client interactions from first contact to contract signing
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
  • Negotiate pricing, close deals, and achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain and track sales pipeline and performance metrics
  • Demonstrate leadership and support team initiatives


Requirements


  • 3+ years of experience

    in IT Business Development
  • Experience selling

    digital marketing and web development services

  • Experience with Upwork bidding and lead generation is a plus

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Confident, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Leadership and team-handling skills
