Job Summary

Business Development Manager

minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Drive sales of

  hydrocyclone separators and centrifuge separators

  for:
• Cooling towers & cooling water systems
• HVAC & chilled water plants
• Sugar mills, cement plants, power plants, and process industries
• Develop new customers and projects through:
• Cooling tower manufacturers
• Cooling tower consultants & designers
• EPC contractors and industrial end users
• Generate and convert enquiries into confirmed orders

Consultant & OEM Engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Cooling tower OEMs
• Cooling water consultants
• HVAC consultants & MEP designers
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations
• Get CBS Technologies’ products

  approved / specified

  in consultant drawings and BOQs

Techno-Commercial Management

• Coordinate with internal engineering teams for technical proposals
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and order finalization
• Support customers during site visits, commissioning, and performance discussions

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor offerings and pricing trends
• Provide inputs for product improvements and new applications
• Support exhibitions, seminars, and industry events related to cooling towers and HVAC

Mandatory Candidate Requirements

Experience (Must Have)

• Minimum

  5 years of experience

  in

  cooling tower manufacturing OR cooling tower consultancy

• Proven exposure to:
• Cooling water system design
• Cooling tower hydraulics & solids separation challenges
• HVAC / industrial cooling applications
• Prior sales or business development experience in

  industrial equipment

  is essential

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering

• (MBA in Marketing is an added advantage)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of cooling tower systems and water quality challenges
• Technical knowledge of

  hydrocyclone separators, filtration, or similar equipment

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively
