Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outbound lead generation and client acquisition, particularly in offshore markets. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing inbound leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate outbound leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified business opportunities. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with offshore clients. Design and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and negotiate contracts. Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and project capabilities. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the IT or technology services industry. Demonstrated experience in dealing with offshore clients and international markets. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage). Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools. Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel. Basic technical understanding of software development technologies such as PHP, Node.js, React , and related frameworks.
