Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound lead generation and client acquisition, especially in offshore markets. You’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing inbound leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate outbound leads using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead gen tools.
2. Manage and convert inbound leads into qualified opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with offshore clients.
4. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive growth.
5. Conduct client meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with project capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT or tech services.
2. Proven experience dealing with offshore clients.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
5. Proficient with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation platforms.
6. Must be proficient in MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint (PPT) and Excel.
7. Basic technical knowledge of web and software development technologies like PHP, Node.js, React, and other related frameworks is essential.
8. Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
